|2007||March||LDARtools becomes the official “EA Research Division” and quickly outgrows the “office down the hall” at EA in Nassau Bay, TX. We moved to a 300 sqft storage/warehouse unit called Uncle Bob’s in League City (behind the Whataburger).

|June||FECrystal receives Class 1 Division 2 certification.
|September||Hovensa becomes the first LDARtools site to use c2s, Cal and Skiba.|
|October||DOW begins using LDARtools software.|
|2008||March||LDARtools begins acting like its own company and moves from Uncle Bobs to a Hwy 3 office (2000 sq. ft.).
|September||The phx21 makes its grand debut at ISA in San Antonio.
|2009||April||A patent issue is resolved in our favor.|
|August||The phx21 receives Class 1 Division 1 certification.
|November||DOW20/ARK5 purchase phx21s.|
|2010||January||ExxonMobile (Torrance, Ca) purchases phx21s.|
|March||Our office space doubled.|
|July||Pantech Industrial Innovation Corp. of Taiwan becomes a distributor.
|2011||January||DOW Chemical specifies LDARtools in bids.|
|February||Environmental Analytics is sold. LDARtools becomes a real company.
|March||$1,000,000 investment (from one of the happy EA investors).|
|August||A c2 is sold to Australia.
|December||A new phx21 regulator is introduced to compensate for extreme cold in the Midwest.|
|2012||March||The phx21 performs beautifully where it is REALLY cold: North Pole, Alaska.
|July||Midwest EPA Success.|
|November||We moved to the Dickinson location – “Chateau”. (Come and see us—it’s beautiful!)
|November||A patent is issued for FEScout.|
|2013||May||Darbonne Services purchases a fleet of phx21s.|
|June||The phx21 gets a “Made in Texas” label.
|September||We begin marketing to the entire industry.|
|October||LDARtools China opens for business.|
|November||Official Grand Opening at the Dickinson Office marks the beginning of the Fall Fest tradition.
|December||The Pump Throttling patent is issued.|
|2014||January||Rex Moses begins working on LTIFramework (the predecessor to Chateau).|
|February||LDARtools releases LTI Mobile, the lightning-fast Windows Mobile LDAR application.
|February||EnRud Resources becomes an LDARtools Distributor.|
|July||TEAM Industrial Services standardizes on LDARtools equipment and software.|
|July||DOW contract changes hands with LDARtools products required by specs.|
|October||The 500th phx21 in operation is announced.
|October||“LTIFramework” becomes “Chateau.”
|November||TEAM Industrial Services begins nation-wide rollout of LTIDesktop and LTIMobile.|
|December||A phx21 is sold to South Africa (Apex Instruments).|
|2015||January||The programming group is replaced with two Supermen and one Superwoman.
|January||LDARtools reaches 20 employees.|
|January||SpanBoxLite 210 is introduced to replace SpanBox 2.|

|May||Sage Environmental and IPREMS are named the first Technical Advisors for Chateau.|

|June||LDARtools Technical Updates project is launched to provide tips on phx21 usage and care.|
|August||The 100% phx21 Brownie Celebration sends 1368 brownies to 71 sites all over the world.|

|October||Most of LDARtools gets together for a company photo with Trixie.

|2017||January||The Shades of LDAR Graey Project was updated with new questions.|
|January||The 4th Brownie Celebration was kicked off by another day without any phx21s in for repairs.
|February||LDARtools participates in the annual 4C Conference to talk about Chateau and get more reponses for the Shades of LDAR Graey Areas Project.
|March||The phx42, the LDAR Analyzer for Today and Tomorrow, is unveiled.
|April||We held the first Chateau Training Class on April 28, 2017.
|June||The phx42 battery is Complete!
|August||Its the 5th LDARtools Brownie Celebration in commemoration of two days of all phx21s out in the field, August 7 & 8, 2017.
